TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DOGMA ESCAPE ROOM

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this document, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

• “Dogma Escape Room”: the legal entity that operates and provides the escape room service at the location indicated on the official website.
• “Participant(s)”: any natural person who books and/or takes part in the game experience.
• “Reservation” means the purchase of an escape room experience made through the website or other official channels.
• “Website”: the official platform of Dogma Escape Room through which information is provided and bookings are managed.

2. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

These Terms and Conditions govern the booking, participation and enjoyment of the escape room experiences offered by Dogma Escape Room, setting out the rights and obligations of the parties involved. Booking implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION

• The escape room has a horror theme and may not be suitable for everyone. Participation is not recommended for people with heart problems, epilepsy, severe claustrophobia, anxiety disorders or other special medical conditions.
• The minimum age to participate is 16.
• Access to the premises under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. Dogma Escape Room reserves the right to refuse access without refund.

4. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

• Reservations must be made through the official website or other channels recognised by Dogma Escape Room.
• The amount of €20.00 paid at the time of online booking is intended as a deposit pursuant to Article 1385 of the Civil Code. This sum will be set off against the total price of the service when the balance is paid at the venue.
• A reservation is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment and the relevant confirmation e-mail.
• In the event of unavailability of the booked session due to exceptional circumstances, Dogma Escape Room undertakes to promptly inform the client and agree on an alternative solution.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

• Reservations may be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the game time for a full refund.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will not be refunded.

6. ARRIVAL TIME AND DURATION OF THE GAME

• Participants must arrive at least 10 minutes before the booked time to receive the necessary instructions.
• In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, the duration of the game may be shortened in order not to jeopardise subsequent sessions.
• If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, Dogma Escape Room reserves the right not to provide the service and payment will not be refundable.

7. CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Participants agree to abide by the rules of the game and the instructions given by the staff.
• Damage to furniture, props and the structure is prohibited. In the event of damage caused intentionally or through negligence, participants will be held liable and compensation may be claimed.
• It is not permitted to take photos or video recordings inside the facility.
• Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate termination of the experience with no possibility of refund.

8. SAFETY

• The safety of participants is a priority. The experience is monitored by staff through control systems and participants can interrupt the game at any time.
• In an emergency, the doors can be opened immediately.
• Dogma Escape Room is not liable for any injuries resulting from improper use of the equipment or failure to follow safety rules.

9. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

• Dogma Escape Room processes participants' personal data in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679).
• The data collected is used exclusively for the processing of bookings and for any communications relating to the services offered.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
• For any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution, the Court of Turin shall have jurisdiction.

11. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Dogma Escape Room reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will apply to bookings made after the date of publication.

By accessing Dogma Escape Room services and completing a booking, the participant expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
